Capitol Painting and Services is a Sacramento, CA based company that originally opened as GCM Painting (located in Orangevale, CA) in June of 1995. We specialize in investment property painting, both interior and exterior, commercial and residential. The name change in January of 2004 came about because we are growing to encompass all phases of remodel and property improvement. Owner, Shawn Eldredge, has over 20 years of experience in this industry to provide you, our customers, with the most efficient and highest quality service possible.
