Capitol Painting and Construction is a Sacramento, CA based company that originally opened as GCM Painting (located in Orangevale, CA) in June of 1995. As GCM Painting in the 90’s we specialized in custom homes in the Granite Bay area and evolved into a commercial and residential investment property improvement company encompassing all phases of construction. Thus we changed our name to Capitol Painting & Services in 2004 and again to Capitol Painting & Construction in 2007 to emphasize our commitment to providing for all of our customers’ needs.
Owner, Shawn Eldredge, has over 20 years of experience in this industry to provide you, our customers, with the most efficient and highest quality service possible, while striving to produce a unique and exciting finished product. We look forward to doing business with you.
